The challenge
The citation generation process needed to feel simple and trustworthy across every device, with clean visual design and efficient workflows that kept users engaged through to task completion.

The solution
A complete UI/UX and frontend experience for TicketResolver, covering a conversion-focused landing page, user authentication flows, an order management dashboard, citation detail screens, and ticket submission forms - designed as one connected system rather than five separate screens.

Research. Mapped the full citation journey end to end, from first landing page visit through account creation to day-to-day dashboard use, to find where users needed the most reassurance.

UX structure. Built responsive, user-friendly interfaces for the full citation generation flow, structuring the order management dashboard and citation detail screens around efficient day-to-day use.

UI design. Designed a defined colour system - blue, orange, and black shades on an absolute white/black base - and set type in Poppins for a clean, consistent visual language across every screen.
