The terms governing use of FirstRay's website and services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of firstray.build and any packages or services purchased from FirstRay ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Each FirstRay package has a stated price, scope, and timeline, published on our Packages page. Work outside a package's stated scope is treated as a separate, custom quote. Package prices and terms may be updated from time to time; the terms in effect at the time you purchase a package apply to that project.
Payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Packages are priced in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds, described on the relevant package page. Additional revisions beyond what's included may incur extra cost, agreed in advance.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you, except for any third-party assets, fonts, or tools licensed separately. FirstRay may retain the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, you're responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.
The Care Plan is a recurring service for updates, backups, and priority fixes on work FirstRay has built. It renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
FirstRay's total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that package. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered work.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
