The site needed to serve two different audiences at once — job seekers and hiring practices — each with their own dashboard and workflow, without the experience feeling split in two.

- Designed dual-sided flows for job seekers browsing dentist and hygienist roles, and for offices posting jobs and managing applicants
- Designed detailed job listing pages with office details, requirements, equipment, and photos
- Included a job-management dashboard for hiring offices to track applicants and job posts
